This Privacy Policy explains how SmartTrader LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("SmartTrader", "we"), handles personal information when you use smarttrader.com and the SmartTrader charting platform.
Account information: your name, email address and password. Your chart setup: saved workspaces, indicator groups and chart templates. Billing information: payments are handled by Recurly.
To create and run your account, sign you in, save your chart setup, process subscriptions and contact you about your account.
We use a sign-in cookie (st_auth_token) to keep you signed in.
We share information with service providers that help run the Service, such as Recurly for billing.
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
